Comments: The Heights is a new complex set within Los Cristianos, each apartment has been furnished to a high standard. Some of the apartments although only one bedroom can accommodate upto 4 people as there are sofa beds within the lounge. The american style open kitchens are well equipped with all the necessecities. The name of the complex is a description of its situation and offers amazing views down over Los Cristianos, but this should obviously be bared in mind for anyone with walking difficulties due to the hill approach to the complex. There is a pool side bar/restaurant on site and the complex itself is within walking distance of all local ammenities including many different bars and restaurants.

All apartments have a lounge, fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette and either one or two bathrooms. The location of this complex is at one of the high points of Los Cristianos with spectacular views, although not suitable for the elderly or disabled due to the hilly approach. The onsite restaurant "Rosies Cantina" with its vast mexican menu and renowned margaritas is a great place to spend a night or two.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Conditions of Booking
A Deposit of £100 per week is due and required on booking, Payments details are provided on booking.
The Balance in full, is due 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
In the event of a cancellation the following charges apply:
8+ weeks of arrival date = 50% of deposit payable. 4-7 weeks of arrival date = 75% of total cost payable. 0-3 weeks of arrival date = 100% of total cost payable.
Apartments are normally available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated at 10:30 am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed in writing.
Cancellation letters for insurance purposes, due to sickness etc are available in all cases for total claim.
